First we are cycling a long the Dutch canal.it starting from Hendala to Pamunugama was constructed by the Portuguese. It was used for the purpose of a supply route in the times of the Dutch administration.

On the way, you can see coconut plantation. Then we visit fish market in Negombo. It is home to the second largest fish market in Sri Lanka. The majority of people in Negombo are Catholics. So you can see catholic church in this area. Especially, you can see a Hindu temple. One the way, you can see dry fishes, lagoons and various type of fishes.
